Muharem Vugdalić – Slovenian Professional Coach

Europrobasket’s European Summer League is proud to announce their cooperation with Professional Head Coach Muharem Vugdalić, who just recently finished his season in Ireland’s 1^st Division with Basketball Club St. Pauls Killarney. Coach Vugdalić will be leading a team of players in this year’s European Summer League.

Early Years and as a Player

Muharem Vugdalić was born in Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He spent his years as a professional player in Slovenia starting with Lokomotiva Mostar, then moving to Partizan Belgrade and becoming the 2 time winner of the youth basketball Championship of Yugoslavia. After two successful seasons there he moved to Olimpija Lubljana and won the Championship in Slovenia and made it to the cup finals. His next two years he spent with Maribor Slovenia, and by the end of his time there he attended the final four cup of Slovenia 4 times was a European Cup Semifinalist and also received 2^nd place in the National Championship. His last two seasons were spent at Elektra Slovenia reaching the 1^st place in the B Division and promoting to the 1^st Division.
