We would like to wish Europrobasket and European Summer League Player Matija Rovscek luck in his tryout in Olpe, Germany! Matija came to Europrobasket’s European Summer League in June. He showed the staff here at the academy as well as the agents and scouts in attendance that he was able to compete at a higher level than he was currently playing at in his home country of Slovenia. He showed a great attitude, leadership and hard work ethic throughout the 6 days he was at the Academy camp. Recently the staff at Europrobasket was contacted by a Regionalliga 2 team in Germany for a European Point Guard and Center. With a great recommendation from the coaches and staff here at Europrobasket, Matija was invited to a tryout and will be leaving tomorrow. This will be Matija’s first time playing professional basketball internationally!! We here at the academy would like to wish him the best of luck!
