European Summer League player David McDaniel signed in Malaga with Manolo Povea, one of the European Summer League’s head coaches! David attended the One Month Pre training and European Summer League this past summer. He brought his intensity, athleticism and positive attitude and adjusted his game to play in a European system. This brought interest from several clubs here in Spain. He decided to go with the team that had the most experienced coach, which is none other than Manolo Povea, Unicaja coach for 8 seasons! Also Portugal 1st division coach for 5 years and league champion! We are happy David is in good hands and wish him the best of luck in his first season overseas!
